JIF Group (Incorporated in 1972) is a 48 year old Foundry Group with 3 world class factories in West Bengal, India. We are certified with ISO 9001 from BSI, UK. We have the rare distinction of Kitemark certification on our ductile iron Manhole Cover, Manhole Frames, Gratings, Carriageway castings.

Our Foundries have a wide reach across 25 countries globally & supplies to renowned brands in India. With installed capacities of over 24,000 MTPA of Grey Iron and Ductile Iron castings, we offer an integrated setup with in-house die making using CNC machines, castings, machining and fabrication capabilities, all under one roof through a strong 500 + team.

We have the unique ability to cast from 50 grams single piece castings to upto 10 MT of single piece castings. Our Ductile Iron Foundry is equipped with High Pressure Moulding lines of box size of 900 x 900, Automated Sand Handling systems, Shot Blast, Machining, Painting facilities & in-house 3D Design Centre with Casting Simulation facilities.

We make castings like Access Covers, Gully Tops, Surface Boxes, Agricultural Wheel castings, Counterweights, Pipe Fittings, Valves, Garden Benches, Spiral Staircase, Pump Housing, GearBox Housings and various other castings as per drawings and samples. We also export fabricated steel products and offer bespoke solutions for components in steel, composites & plastics for select customers.
